What is the address for the stadium?

Memorial Stadium is located at the northeast corner of 17th Street and North Dunn Street.

How do I get there?

If you’re coming from Indianapolis, we have a shuttle pass available here!

If you’re driving, be sure to secure your parking pass before the show here! Prices will increase the day of.

Do you have a clear bag policy?

Yes, each attendee is allowed one (1) clear bag, either one-gallon Ziploc or the 12” x 6” x 12” clear bag, plus a small clutch. All clear bags, or small clutch, will be searched upon entry. Attendees carrying bags that do not meet the criteria will not be allowed entry.

Does this event have a minimum age?

Nope! This event is for all ages.

Can I purchase a package over the phone?

Unfortunately, we are unable to process any orders over the phone and therefore all packages must be purchased online via the official ticketing outlet, Ticketmaster 

If I purchase a VIP package, can I choose whether I get a General Admission Pit ticket or a Premium Reserved ticket?

Yes! You can narrow down your ticket search during the selection process. The Full Ride Pit Package includes a GA pit ticket. The Trident Lounge Experience offers either a Pit ticket or a Premium Reserved seat (pending availability), while the Hoosier Experience and IU Icons Experience include Premium Reserved Seating.

Can I acquire Accessible Seating as part of a VIP program?

Most venues offer accessible seating areas to accommodate their guests. Availability and the type of accessible seating tickets will vary based on the venue’s policies and/or the type of event taking place. If you would like to inquire about accessible seating as part of a VIP program, please reach out to us at [email protected] immediately after purchase. We will go over any available options. 

I purchased a package as a gift, but I will not be in attendance. How can my friends and/or family members pick up their ticket on my behalf?

You can do what is called an alternate pick-up! Simply provide the new guest with:   

  • A photocopy of your photo ID   
  • A photocopy of the credit card used during the purchase process   
  • A note authorizing the new guest to check in for your order.  
Can I purchase a VIP Package at the Box Office?

No, VIP Packages will not be available for purchase at the Box Office. You must purchase online ahead of time. 

How will I receive my tickets?

Your event tickets are digital through Ticketmaster. We will have a separate VIP check-in area for you on the day of the show where you will receive your VIP credentials and merchandise. As it gets closer to the event, the ticket purchaser will receive an informational email including the exact time and location for VIP check-in. Please remember to bring valid photo identification with you to redeem your package.

When can I check in as a VIP guest?

While the exact time is being determined, VIP check-in will generally occur about 2 hours before the main show starts. We will provide the specific times and check-in location for your show in our informational email about one week before the concert. Please refer to those confirmed times when sent to you!

If I’m unable to make it to VIP Check-in during check-in hours, how can I receive my merchandise?

All merchandise must be redeemed on site at our VIP Check-in. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship out any merchandise post-event. 

Is VIP parking included?

One (1) parking pass is included per order with the Trident Lounge Experience and the IU Icons Experience. All other package options do not include parking and must be purchased separately.

Is there a secure space where I can leave my merchandise during the show?

We cannot guarantee a space to leave your merchandise during the show.

Can I upgrade to a VIP package if I already purchased a regular ticket?

Our ability to upgrade depends on a few different factors – availability, the venue, and date of contact – but please reach out to our guest services team at [email protected] to inquire about any upgrade availability, and we’d be happy to discuss your options with you! 

The people attending the concert with me may be arriving late. How would they get their tickets, merchandise, etc.?

The original purchaser will check in for all package materials, and he/she will then be able to distribute accordingly. Thus, we advise your whole party to come to VIP check-in at the same time to make it quick and easy. 

Can I use my On Location package for a contest/giveaway or to promote my website/product/event?

No. On Location’s trademarks, intellectual property, tickets and other offerings may NOT be used for advertising, promotions, auctions, contests, sweepstakes or any commercial purpose, without express written consent from On Location and its partners. Please see our purchase policy for more detail.  

What if I change my mind and don’t want my package?

All packages are non-refundable. Please refer to the Purchase Policy for complete details.
